Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Ear Ache
I have been to a few doctors and all of them have said that there is nothing wrong with me. However everyday all day long my throat is sore and my ears ache to the point where I cannot sleep at night, feel itchy and I am spitting out a lot of mucus. I m assuming it s because of allergies because when I take medicine like reactine or claratin my symptons are milder but still there. I m wondering if there is anything I can do to solve this problem because I doubt it s healthy to be taking allergy medicine every single day. I am 19, 125lbs and faily active.

Since you have symptoms of sore throat, itchy throat, lots of mucus and ear aches there is surely a problem as decided by reduction in symptoms after taking Claritin and Reactin.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
The basic treatment of allergy is avoidance of allergy, you have to find the cause that cause allergy and avoid all these factors at any cost. This will reduce your symptoms and reduce the need for the medications that you mentioned.
Consult an ENT Surgeon to get a proper evaluation of your condition, get investigated for allergies and blood tests, CT scan of nose and sinuses.
This will further add-on the treatment to give you complete relief.
