Suggest Treatment For Sinus Drainage
I suffer from large amounts of sinus drainage, post radiation and surgey for base of tongue cancer. Been on PEG tube for 3 yrs. I do believe I could eat if I could get rid of the drainage. The mouth goes dry at times especially during sleep. Any ideas on how to correct the problem?

Hello,
It may be due to chronic sinusitis.
For that you may require sinus X ray, complete hemogram after ENT consultation.
You may require tablet levocitrizine.
Continue steam inhalation. Keep your self warm
