Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain In Lower Stomach Before Passing Stool

hello. I'm nearly 11weeks pregnant and suffer from ibs. On and off i get sharp pains in my lower stomach just before i need to pass a stool. (no pain after I've been) Is it anything to worry about? I had a missed miscarriage in November, so very worried.
