I'm 16, and suffered from migraines/headaches for as long as I can remember, however within the past year or so they've gotten so much worse, I get them pretty much every day, for a long time, and all tablets I've tried don't really work. Often I vomit with the migraines, quite badly and my muscles twitch. I have bad eyesight however I wear glasses, I'm not sure this makes a difference? I'm really scared I have a brain tumor, does it sound likely?
