Hi,

Then you for writing to us. Fever is one of the most trouble some symptoms in children cause by many factors mostly infection. It's important to reduce fever by analgesics the best is aspirin, ibrufen or panadal, however it's important to treat the cause of fever. I prefer to check the cause by doing blood test, urine tests, stool test.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mutuma Geoffrey Zambezi
