General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* There can be drug-resistant tuberculosis or secondary bacterial infection superimposed upon the tuberculous bacilli.

* I recommend to get a chest x-ray, basic lab tests for finding out the underlying cause of the fever and get managed accordingly.

Because tablet paracetamol would be only suppressive therapy as time being approach.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
