Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain

Hello...2 weeks ago, I slipped and fell backwards on my tailbone. I did not seek medical attention. I have been suffering with the pain since. It has gotten better but still cannot sit for long without pain. My question is...shortly after this fall, I had noticed symptoms that I thought were a kidney infection. I had started with cranberry capsules and lots of water. the symptoms seemed to be getting better until yesterday. They seem to back and have had very painful urination with alot of blood coming out. Could a fall have caused some sort of kidney damage?

hello
If i would be your treating doctor i would suggest you to take ultrasound pelvis and x ray spine to confirm diagnose.

As this investigations are not done without refferance i would advice you to consult orthopedic surgeon.
Hope this will help you.
