Suggest Treatment For Severe RLS(restless Leg Syndrome)

Hi, Im 33 yrs old, female. Quit smoking 3 weeks ago. Some past medical issues are- Bipolar and I have a few herniated disc in my back. My question is, since I quit smoke RLS seems to be getting worse, especially when going to sleep. I am walking a little bit on the beach after dinner and before bed. What else can I do to relieve these symptoms?

Are you surly suffering form RLS. Normally many medicines would help like pramipexol, some benzodiazepines even some antipsychotic. However considering history that after stopping smoking this happened you should consult physcican to make yourself be examined that it is not withdrawal symptoms of smoking. If it is so propranolol like drug also helpful Sop go to doctor and take treatment after diagnosis.
