dear doctor

my sister is 23 year old.she got married in 2009.she conceived for the first tym in september.after that in the third month she had a micarriage.later immediately she conceived again in novmber.but when she visited the doctor for ultra sound she found out that the baby was not growing normally.so doctors suggested her that she needs to abort the child becuase later the baby would be abnormal.and later after that he started bleeding naturally.it was same thing in her first tym also.we actually need experts advice so that my sisiter can get best of medicinal care and advise.
