I woke up with a bright red spot on my hip that is about the size of a quarter. It looks like a scrape, but is not. It is flat, doesn't hurt, and is not dry or itchy. There are also two tiny spots next to it. Any idea what this could be? I'm paranoid because my sister died from melanoma. But this spot just appeared overnight or maybe only a couple of days that I hadn't noticed.
