Suggest Treatment For Red And Itchy Marks On The Forehead
Hello Doctor, My age is 31 and weight 67kgs. I have a prob on my pennis, on forehead its red itches marks and when i tried to move my forehead skin back its very tight and inside that some white color things are displaying even after wash also its getting in next day. What I need to do this to cure.

The itching may be related to a fungal infection that can occur on the head of the penis. This can take a few weeks to resolve because fungi are slow responding.
An antifungal cream , applied twice daily, would help with this eg ketoconazole, miconazole, econazole.
The white things that you are seeing may be smegma which is a substance that can be found under the foreskin. You need to continue trying to remove it at least twice daily.
If the foreskin is too tight to clean the glans properly then you may want to consider circumcision.
