my 13 year old daughter is suffering from recurrect skin abcess near her genitals for last few days.the abcess is filled with pus.she took moxikind 375mg last time. it worked well. now she has developed 2-3 bigger abcess filled with pus near her genital area. now she is taking cefixime 200mg.but i cannot see any improvement. what is appropriate antibiotic for this and what is the reason for the recurrent abcess in the same location that is near her genital area and thighs.? what is precautions that can be taken at home?
