Suggest Treatment For Rashes Throughout Body

My 4 year old son had small pimple-like rashes throughout his body just this morning. No signs of such was manifested for the past days and all the rashes just popped out. He has no fever yet he complains of itchiness and discomfort. The rashes looked as if there s a watery discharge inside. He has no allergies. I actually suspected them to be measles or maybe chicken pox. I am terribly worried as to what these rashes are. Is there any home remedy that I can do to alleviate the itchiness and discomfort he feels now? I hope you can help me on this. Thank you so much!

It is probably chicken pox. Use Calamine lotion all over his body. Also give him an anti allergic syrup. Cut his nails too so he doesn't itch himself which can sometimes result in scarring. Chicken pox is contagious so try to keep him away from those contacts who haven't had chicken pox. It usually produces life long immunity. Give him paracetamol syrup in case he runs fever and do not send him to school for a few days. Once all the lesions scab they are no longer infectious.
