Suggest Treatment For Rashes On The Chest And Arms

I had a ductectomy on 2/14. I still have some slight bleeding at the surgical site. I've had a couple of small fevers, but they never broke 100. I have a rash over the right side of my chest and right arm. Not a red rash, but a rash that I can "feel" with my hands. Very tiny bumps. Now the left side of my face is slightly swollen. All the teeth on the left side of my mouth hurt. My throat feels tight. And my head feels like someone has blown up a balloon in it. Not quite a headache, but a LOT of pressure. I am a diabetic and my roommate, who has been taking care of me since my surgery, was diagnosed with a second bout of c diff. Could I have sepsis?
