Suggest Treatment For Rashes On Genital,buttocks And Palms
My 3 year old has what looks like heat rash on his bottom and genitals (he s still in a nappy) but he is also complaining that his palms and soles of feet are irritating him though I don t see any spots. His urine also has a strong smell. He only drank water and milk yesterday and an apple juice the day before.

The symptoms are typical of a condition called HFMD (hand foot mouth disease). However other exenthematous conditions also be ruled out. Generally the lesions will settle by itself without any complications. You can seek help from a dermatologist for expert opinion.
