Suggest Treatment For Rash Under Nose

My ten yr old daughter has had this little rash under her nose for about 3 months now. It consists of reddness and small little bumps. Doesn t have a runny nose and the bumps are small and do not crust or weap. Just a little bumpy rash. Any suggestions on what I can put on it?

Allergist and Immunologist 's  Response
Hi,

You can treat her with a corticosteroid cream with a low percentage of cortisone. If it is itchy you could give her an antihistamine. In the mean time you have to pay attention and find a possible cause of this rush that could be a specific food or something that she contacts with.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
