My son has a small rash around his armpit are and shoulder. They look like small pimples, but they do not itch or irritate him. He swims in a pool everyday at camp, and over the weekend we went to a lake. Yesterday he was playing soccer at camp and rolled around in the grass. It has been in the 90's and humid everyday for the past week. Thast is the only part the rash is visible. Thank you.
