Suggest Treatment For Radiating Pain From Chest Bone To Arms

am 25 yrs old female not married .two days ago i had a pain in the upper part of chest bone above right breast which radiates to my arm ..i tried muscle relaxant and diclofenac emulgel but no progress..i checked the whole area and under arm there is no lump..

I don't think the pain has some great significance. U may be suffering from Titz syndrome. please consult your family doctor
