Suggest Treatment For Pigmentation Problems

doctor,
my palms are turning dark with pigmentation,which sometimes increases and sometimes decreases.i am 46 yrs of age,5'6' height,90kg wgt.no diabetes,bp or any other ailment.pigmentation not accompanied with pain or soreness or itching. please revert

Hello, problems of this sort are common on the palms, they are because palms are commonly prone to friction as a result of the activities carried out.
So, palmar care is of utmost importance,
Always wash ur hands with an emollient soap like dermadew after household chores, and apply a good emollient like parasoft/moisturex soft cream on the palms.
Do this on a regular basis.
