Hi doctor, my son had a tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy and grommets in his ear 6days back. He is a down's syndrome child. He has a little phlegm in his throat which can be heard when he is sleeping evidently. This makes him cough a little. Can I give nebulisation with saline r is there any other solution to it
