Suggest Treatment For Persistent Nerve Pain In My Left Leg Running From Lower Back Into Buttocks

I have had persistent nerve pain in my left leg, running from my lower back, into buttocks, hip, thigh, calf, foot and toes. the symptoms include numbness( big toe and toe next to the big toe are persistently numb on the surface of each toe that is facing the other toe. I have had knots in my left buttock on and off. I have pain which includes pins and needles, ants crawling, swelling in lower back, weakness in whole left leg. Left foot and calf stiffing to where it is hard to walk after a few minutes, left hip and buttock muscle wasting( smaller than right),etc…..

let me first know your age and duration of symtoms..from ur history.it can be said that you are suffering from sciatica..firstly,i would like to advice you MRI LS SPINE..After that go to physiotherapist for back muscle excersize...if pain is severe then take shock wave diathermy to back muscle..moreover you can take tab.myoril OD in night..
