Suggest Treatment For Painful Protruding Hernia

I have an umbilical hernia (belly button protrudes). I am a 48 year old peri menopausal woman. I've been having lots of bloating and gas lately and this is causing my hernia to hurt. However, I am still having my usual bowel movements and they are normal. Should I be concerned? Also, I've had sex with my husband and the hernia might have been strained during relations. Just want to give all info.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern if you do have a umbilical hernia then best option for this is surgical repair of this umbilical hernia because you have to go for repair later or sooner early repair is best rather than do it in emergency, right now this can be managed by wearing the abdominal brace, try to take care for abdominal distension, avoid lifting the weight, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
