Hello,

Pain in the things may be due to quadriceps muscle spasm or due to neuropathy associated pain. Pain at region of testis may be due to infection or radiating pain in intra-abdominal pathology etc.

Some times lower ureteric pain may radiate to testis and medial side of thigh. Use tablet aceclofenac twice a day for five days. Get it done ultrasound scrotum and abdomen. Then consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
