General Surgeon 's  Response
Noted your history of suffering from pain sue to epididymitis in spite of the first course of an antibiotic.
Your Doctor has felt for it.
I would advise you to get an ultrasonography and color doppler done to see the results whether they fit into the diagnosis of epididymitis.
It may be possible that you have added Orchitis or varicocele hence not getting the response.
If other diagnosis is found, get treated accordingly.
