Suggest Treatment For Pain In Shin With Calci-anterior Tibial Tendonitis

An Urgent Care doctor diagnosed "calci-anterior tibial tendonitis." Can't find any info on the calci part of the diagnosis. I am 69, 5'2', 132 lbs. Had a left knee replacement 2 1/2 years ago . Have full use of the knee. Have been using a treadmill for about 3 months. This severe pain down my left shin started soon after. Stopped treadmill but no relief from pain. Was given Prednisone by Urgent Care doctor 7 days ago but no relief. Cannot take antiinflammatories, e.g., ibuprofen, due to development of strictures through small intestine which had to be removed surgically.
