General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is probably due to conditions like plantar fasciitis.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.

In that case you might require steroid injection to the sole.
Wishing all the best.

Hope I have answered the question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
