I am Hareen. My Age is 27 with Height 5.3, Weight 67.0 kg. 2 Months ago i feel severe chest pain and i went to doctor, he suggest me to take ECG, Blood Test, T3 for Cholestrol test..... all are normal, but cholestrol level is little above average about 195 (where shows 200 is above average). Doctor suggest me to not to eat non-veg items, fastfoods, spicy oily sort of foods and suggested me to Start walking more, and excersise daily. so i started doing it all and feel better for some days. But still i feel chest pain at my left side and pain between my leftshoulder & leftside chest. Some time i feel pain in chest which carries upperback.
I use to smoke regularly about 1 to 2 cigrettes a day for more then 5 years and i quit that habit completely... 8 months ago, I am drinking alcohol & beer from more than 5 years as twice a month . Still i drink alcohol & beer with some spicy food (Occasionally) about ones in every 15 days. i am maintaining good diet but some times i miss out. I want to know that.... These are the actual reasons of getting chest pain?
My family doctor test me an said that, these chest pain is not an heart attack or something else. This problem is an gastric problem. He given me some medicines and suggested me to not to eat heavy food at a time.
I like to use Ayurvedic Medicines for relief of my chest pain problems. one of my friend suggested me to use Triphala Churna daily night before sleeping. Is that good for chest pain relief? One of my another friend suggested me to use Sunamukhi Powder (Ayurvedic Medicine)to get relief of chest pain and gastric problems. Is Sunamukhi Powder really helpful?
So, Please advise me a better Ayurvedic Medicine for my left side Shoulder, left chest pain, backpain...for complete recover & relief...!
