Suggest Treatment For Pain In Abdomen/pelvic Area While Having Functional Cyst

Hi, I am a 19 yr old female, 115lbs, pretty healthy. However, I've had a pain in my lower right abdomen/pelvic area for about a year now, on and off. It started off a a sharp pain that lasted a few seconds, and then went away for a few minutes. This repeated for about 2 weeks, and I was also bloated and felt pressure/fullness. I did an ultrasound and all they found was a "functional cyst". The pain is usually dull/mild, but I can definitely tell it's there. I've had this same pain and had 2 ultrasounds since then, but still, they say it's nothing to worry about. I can manage the pain usually, I just want to know if I should keep checking it out.
