Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms could be related to chronic degeneration of the vertebral column or a skin disorder.
For this reason, I recommend consulting with your GP for a physical exam and a cervical spine X ray study.
If the problem persists, a cervical spine MRI study may be needed.
In case of any skin changes in this region, consulting with a dermatologist would be necessary.

Hope to have been helpful!
Kind regards, Dr. Aida
