For a number of years I gave experienced discomfort/ stiffness in my feet first thing in the morning that usually passes off once I get moving. In the last few weeks I have noticed that this occurs when rising from a period of inactivity, sitting/driving and now my feet tingle all the time especially in bed. The pain is both feet, mainly in my heal and along my sole, every now and again I get little shooting pains in my toes. I am 55 yo female almost through menopause.
