Computed Tomography scan of your head already done which was found to be normal Tender sore scalp swelling at the site of impact is due to collection of blood under scalp which takes week or more, sometimes up to month to resolve. I would advise you: 1. To take enough sleep and healthy balanced diet. 2. To apply ice pack. Be careful to cover the pack with cloth to avoid cold injury (frostbite) to the skin. 3.
