Suggest Treatment For Nose Bleeding And Headache.

Hello I have had nose bleeds in my left side for months now and my left eye is swollen and i have terrible headaches. The nose bleeds and headaches occur every night. I have no trouble breathing my nasal passages are always clear. I had a ct scan and mri with normal results. What could this be. Thank you

Hello,

There may be any nasal septum spur, which is a sharp projection from the septum. It may cause bleeding. It may cause a headache also. You need to have a diagnostic nasal endoscopy to examine your nose from inside. You also need a CT scan paranasal sinuses to see a real picture. Start taking tablet Levocetrizine 1 tablet at bedtime for 3 weeks. Take Fluticasone nasal spray, 2 puff twice daily for 1 month. Take steam inhalation through the nose.
