Hi...
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...

As per your complain mouth ulcers can occur due to stress and it is one of the predisposing factor for occurrence of mouth ulcers and in case if you continue smoking then the mouth ulcers will keep getting irritated and inflamed and resolution will not take place..
Pain in throat can also be due to inflammation caused by irritation due to cigarette smoke, chemicals and heat..
You should completely stop smoking and start taking multivitamin supplements.
Gargle with a numbing mouthwash..
Do warm saline gargles and also gargle with 1:1 solution of benadryl and milk of magnesia..
Suck ice pops and do cold water rinses..
Avoid spicy food..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
