I have gone through your case history.First of let me explain to you about you rvalve which is different from normal right from birth.Normal aortic valve has 3 cusps, in your case nature has given only 2 cusps that is what we call bicuspid aortic valve.such valve can become narrow(stenosis)or may start leaking(regurgitation.)In your case it is not stenosed with just mild regurgitation.i have so many patients with me following for more than decade without any progression of lesion.in your case as on today you don't need surgery, only thing you should go for follow up check up every year.Trace mitral and tricuspid regurgitation are not significant at all.So dont worry and live normal life.
My best wishes.
