Suggest Treatment For Mild Diffuse Cerebral Atrophy With Spondylitis

mild diffuse cerebral atrophy. I have an acute case of osteoar. with neuropathy. The pain meds do help some. I also have from c3 to c7 spondiitilous. and bulging vertebrae. Is or can these other problems cause this brain problem or add to its existance. This was verified by a MRI non contrast scan on my neck as well.. I am disabled because of my Cirrhosis level 3 with no meld score yet. High blood pressure and WPW electrical problems as my other nodeon has been stopped, I am worried about any neuro operation at this time.or is this frugal. I hold a Master's degree in Computer Science and I am always reading designing and doing side work for fortune 100 companies on their wide area networks. My brain is always busy doing this. I want to thank you for your help.
