Suggest Treatment For Lumps With White Spots In Tonsil

I discovered a very very hard lump on the left side of my hard palate. I also have a cancer sore, white pimple like spots by both tonsils. As a side note, I somehow developed tonsil stones last year (I'm 45 years old), which I have never had before. And one more thing, my front bottom teeth gums have greatly receeded all of a sudden. Any ideas?

Hello thanks for the quiery.the hard lump on the palate cold be due to abscess-perapical/ periodontal depending on the etiology- such as deep dental caries involving pulp or calculus and pocket..it could also be benign growth such as tori or pleomorphic adenoma..nothing to worry...only a thorough general physical examination will give a correct picture..so i suggest take a consult with a oral physician.. Cancer sores are due to trigger to stresss, sunlight and fever..can you relate to any of these??anyways you can apply topical anesthetic to releive the pain..for tonsillitis -do salt water gargle ,,if severe get a prescription for antibiotics and analgesics under the guidance of ent specialist. Tonsil stone can be removed...your bottom teeth have receding gums...for that i suggest oral prophylaxis -scaling,,and gum massage with the pulp of your finger s...kindly consult a oral physician and a ent specialist for your needs ..hope it helps..take care..
