Suggest Treatment For Lump Under The Neck

I have a lump under the skin on the right side of my neck at the base of my skull in line with the bottom of my ear. When I turn my head to the right it is more pronounced. On the other side and with the same motion there is no such process and is more concave. What could this be?

More likely this is an enlarged lymph node.
Do you have fever?
Any infection in oral cavity region can cause this.
This swelling can also be a lipoma/dermoid/sebaceous cyst, so local examination by your doctor is necessary.
