Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain Along With Fibromyalgia And Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Hi, 2 weeks ago I was incapacitated with lower back pain, it started right in the centre of my lower spine, I went to my Doctor, and she prescribed Diazapam 2mg. twice daily and 3 at night (I took 1) also, Zydol for the pain, it got somewhat better after 4 days, so, I stopped taking tablets. It's still niggling me, but, now I have a constant throbbing coming from the back around to my side (left). My Doctor said it was mechanical. While the Diazapam was good for the few days, I felt very low in myself the day after stopping them, a little bit scary, any suggestions please? have spent nearly 200euro on Doctor and drug in the last month. I suffer from Fibromyalgia and Chronic fatigue syndrome. There are a few problems in my back, trapped nerve in T5 and Arthropathy. Many thanks . Nara

Dear patifirst of all i would like to know few points about you history. Have u suffered from any trauma, any recent heavy weight lifting?
Also your doctor said you are suffering from mechanical back pain for which Diazepam is not the treatment.
