Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal And Pelvic Pain

About 3 days ago i was at work and sneezed .it felt like something popped in my lower andomen pelvic area on the left and then again on the right. Now it still hurts if i snezzed ,move or just sittin still .. More so on the right side.. And i dont know if this is relevant but 2 weeks ago i started my menstrual but i had big blood clots and heavy bleeding .after the last big clot i stopped bleeding .then started again for a few days then stopped and then today which was thick and pinkish brown for a second and gone . what could this be and should i be worried
