Hello. Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic

Lichen planus pigmentosus (LPP) is a variant of lichen planus. In LPP the patient develops asymptomatic hyperpigmented bluish-black patches, distributed across the body.
Pigmentation is deep and therefore persistent and is due to the release of pigment (melanin) from melanocytes into the dermis
The patches are asymptomatic.
Treatment options are topical potent steroids like mometasone furoate twice daily application.
Topical steroids hasten the resolution of the patches.
However, treatment is long term and the patches may take months to resolve
Topical steroids are prescription drugs and I would suggest that you talk to your dermatologist for the needful

Regards
