Suggest Treatment For Left Sided Abdominal Pain

I am a 45-year-old female experiencing upper left abdominal discomfort. Was diagnosed with adenomyosis a few months ago. About the time that i was diagnosed i was holding my 1 1/2 year old son and his knee was gently pressing on my upper left abdomin when I felt severe burning sensation that lasted for approx 10 seconds. Now I have burning and itching sensations in my upper left abdomin that is gradually getting worse. My bowel movements have been much softer than they normally are. Now these sensations are always in that one spot and starting to get a little uncomfortable. Just recently I have noticed that when I burp it hurts a little. I have always been very healthy. This abdominal pain and pain from adenomyosis are both on my left side. I work out every day and I am maintaining a health weight of 142.
