I am 18, 5'9", 160 pounds and very active. About 3 days ago i began feeling an intense itch in my groin area. It has been getting worse and now i am noticing a sort of red rash on the skin folds of my testicles and the base of my scrotum. The intense itch actually woke me up last night at 4:30 a.m. where i then tried to scold it with hot water to alleviate the itch. Please Help. What is it? And how do i stop it? Thank you
