I have Candida Albicans. I have extreme itching/burning around my vulva and anal area. I've actually got very itchy growths around my anus. I've been on a Candida cleanse diet along with cleansing supplements for a few weeks now. The yeast cell "die-off" has made the itching/burning worse for the last week or so. Is there a safe cream or ointment that I can apply to those areas until the yeast in my body gets back under control to the appropriate amount?
