Suggest Treatment For Itching And Rashes On Testicles

Hope you can help me. Couple of days ago testicles start itching so ass natural stasrted scratching most of the night sumtime waking up scratching. Next day turned into rash/spots now 2day skin has gone all leather like and seams 2 be seaping a little, no sores or cracks though

HI.
This is a dermatitis and is common in this are as the skin is corrugated.

I would advise you the following:
Clean the area with plain water tap dry with a clean cotton cloth.
Apply liquid Povidone Iodine and allow it to dry.
Whenever possible expose the area to the air, or even get a rest from the work and outing , be at home.
Take a course of an antihistamine and antibiotic.
Oral steroids may help.
Take multivitamins.
repeat this twice daily.
No tight clothing.
