Hi iam 18 years old and iam married and iam not getting my periods since 2 months and from starting only iam suffering with irregular periods I have consulted doctor I have completed 3 months course also but still iam facing the same problem I dont have thyroid

There are several reasons of irregular period like PCOD, hormonal imbalance, over wt/ extreme loss, mental stress, emotional upset, eating disorder etc.

Therefore, you need one USG lower abdomen along with some hormone tests like LH/ FSH, prolactin, DHEAS, serum Progesterone for complete evaluation. Kindly, consult with your gynecologist and take advice accordingly.

Combined hormonal pill is quite effective to treat irregular period. Control body wt, avoid stress, take healthy low carbohydrate diet with avoidance of fatty food and sleep properly.
