IN MY OPINION I WONT ADVICE TO CHECK HIS BLOOD SUGAR RANDOMLY. THE BEST THING IS TO DO A FASTING(OVERNIGHT FASTING) AND POSTPRANDIAL (2HRS AFTER FOOD)BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS AND HIS CURRENT MEDICATIONS. HASTY RANDOM BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS WILL CONFUSE YOU A LOT THAN ARRIVING IN A PERFECT DIAGNOSIS. YOU CAN DO ANOTHER TEST CALLED HBA1C WHICH WILL HIS SUGAR LEVELS FOR 2- 3 MONTHS HOPE THIS ANSWERS YOUR QUESTION WELL
