Suggest Treatment For Headache

Feel light headed, dizzy and wanting to vomit. Headache as well. Off and on for a while with ligh headedness. Had gall bladder out in may this yr. Watching diet. Weight coming off slowly 20 kg in 7 months. Should I get checked for diabetes? No history of it in family

Hi,

First of all, the removal of the gallbladder prevent you from digest the fat you eat, so you lose weight. You need to take a drug which contains the bile salt before meals to help you digest the fat you eat. The undigested fat in your intestine can cause nausea. You can do a fasting blood sugar only for reassurance.
