Suggest Treatment For Headache Due To Sinus Infection

Hi this is about my boyfriend im really scared for him. He has been getting these headaches that will last months and he has tried Tylenol , Advil , Bayer , Excedrin , Aleve , Percocet , Oxycodone .We have been to the hospital numberous times this year, hes had CAT scans and MRIs and they all say he has a bad sinus infection and gave him all different pills, but none work! please help what do i do where do i take him to see whats really going on?

Hello,

I think he may need to visit an ENT doctor to check his nose with an endoscope.

Treatment with antibiotics is needed for the sinus infection to go away it may last for two weeks.

Also, he can take antihistamines such Benadryl or cetirizine and anti-inflammatory drugs such as Advil or acetaminophen.

The ENT doctor can spot any mechanical issues such as polyps in the nose which may cause these frequent infections.
