Suggest Treatment For Headache, Dizziness And Penile Pain

My husband, 48, has been suffering from daily debilitating headaches, dizziness, loss of balance, tingling and pain in his hands and wrists, erections problems and either no sensation upon orgasm or severe pain at the tip of his penis. He has had MRI's of his brain then whole spinal column results showing that there were no lesions. He has been on Topamax for a few months to try headache prevention, which has not been helpful, nor have Frova to abort attacks and Toradol only provides very temporary results. What direction should we look for answers.
