Suggest Treatment For Hay Fever And Bilious
i am feeling pretty rough with hayfever and billious too. have tried piriton but cannot use this,several treatments contain chemicals that are harfumful and do not want nasal sprays as they can give nose bleeds please can you advise am wondering.if boots beands would be best.. thank you,

Hello dear,
Hay fever is most commonly due to allergy to pollens.
Take the following advice
Oral antihistaminic drug: tablet cetrizine 8 mg two times day
Steroid nasal spray: fulticazone or beclomethsone when severe symtoms
Eye drop : azelastin/sodium cromoglycate
Stay indoor during treatment
Avoid cutting grass
Keep window close during travelling
Take shower and wash your hand after outing
If symptoms do not disapper
Take subcutaneous Immunotherapy at near centre.
